Check if there is any air leakage in each pneumatic component and if the action is flexible. - 4.Arm swing can be added once every three to four days. The large and small chains of the heating machine can be used once a month. Regularly check if the main engine reducer and heater reducer are out of oil. The main engine bearings can be added once every two to three months.
- 5.Check if the high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas source, power supply, and water source are functioning properly. Check if all emergency stop switches, safety door switches, and maintenance installation inspection switches are functioning properly.
- 6.Check if the heating head enters the embryo and if the dropped part works properly. If the insertion is not in place, adjust the pressure and install the nut.The above six points are detailed components for inspection.
