The Kaisu hollow blow molding machine is fully automatic computer-controlled and equipped with an accurate integrated PID temperature control system. The extrusion pressure of each screw is detected in real-time, and it can achieve centralized control, interlocking protection, and alarm functions. It has automatic trimming function and can be equipped with a 100 point wall thickness control system. The three layers of the composite bottle are: outer HDPE, middle adhesive, inner EVOH (barrier layer), and the hollow blow molding machine reduces the thickness of the small middle layer (0.03mm-0.05mm) to the maximum extent without affecting the permeability resistance of the product, thereby significantly reducing the cost of the composite bottle. Currently, it is close to the level of glass bottles. Composite bottles themselves have the advantages of being lightweight and not easily broken, making them an ideal substitute for glass bottles with broad market prospects.
When operating a hollow blow molding machine for processing, it is necessary to pay attention to temperature control to ensure the production of suitable plastic bottles.
(1) Melting temperature TM: For crystalline polymers, it refers to the temperature at which the three-dimensional remote ordered state of the macromolecular chain structure transforms into a disordered viscous flow state, also known as the melting point. It is the lower limit of the processing temperature for crystalline polymer molding.
(2) Glass transition temperature TG: refers to the temperature at which amorphous polymers (including the amorphous portion in crystalline polymers) transition from a glassy state to a high elastic state or from the latter to the former. It is the minimum temperature for the free movement of amorphous polymer macromolecular segments and also the upper limit of the working temperature of the product Aluminum plate spot welding machine
(3) Non flowing temperature: The highest temperature at which no flow occurs under a certain pressure. It is to add a certain amount of plastic to the material barrel at the upper end of the capillary rheometer mouth mold, heat it to a certain temperature, maintain a constant temperature of 10 minutes, and apply a constant pressure of 50 MPA. If the material does not flow out of the mouth mold, increase the temperature of the material by 10 degrees after pressure relief, keep it warm for 10 minutes, and then apply a constant pressure of the same size. This continues until the melt flows out of the mouth mold. Reducing this temperature by 10 degrees is the non flowing temperature of the material.
(4) Flow temperature TF: refers to the temperature at which amorphous polymers transition from a high elastic state to a viscous flow state. It is the lower limit of the processing temperature for amorphous plastics.
Decomposition temperature TD: Refers to the temperature at which a polymer in a viscous flow state will further degrade its molecular chains as the temperature increases. The temperature at which the polymer molecular chains are significantly degraded is called the decomposition temperature
